Memorial & Tribute Opportunities
You may request to have your name or the name of a loved one appear in one of the following ways at the Outdoor Shrine.
For a gift of $100
A name inscribed on a plaque.
For a gift of $250
A name etched in a stained-glass window.
For a gift of $500
A name engraved in granite in one of the wings.
For a gift of $1,000
A name engraved in marble in one of the wings.
The new shrine provides a protected, respectful setting for the celebration of the Eucharist on Divine Mercy Sunday and other feast days throughout the year.
For an Offering of $25 or More
Your name will be listed in the Book of Founding Contributors, which will be kept in the Sanctuary of the new Mother of Mercy Outdoor Shrine.

Spiritual Benefits: You and those you honor at the Shrine will be remembered daily in Holy Mass and the Perpetual Novena to The Divine Mercy at the National Shrine of The Divine Mercy and in a Special Mass on the Feasts of Our Mother of Mercy, Aug. 5 and Nov. 16.
